We cultivate according to organic farming methods and the farm is listed in the Register of Organic Producers of the Regione Toscana. Poggio Asciutto has received the Organic Certificate from BioAgricert and sells its own products on the farm.
We produce a limited quantity of high quality wine; the wine is Chianti Classico DOCG and IGT Toscano. Our olive oil is made from olives picked by hand, selected and pressed immediately after being picked. We make jams, some original ones such as sambuco, onion and chilli pepper as well as more traditional flavours. We produce a great variety of hot chilli peppers and we have a vegetable garden which provides a great quantity of fresh vegetables for every season.
Lastly, we make honey, millefiori, whose taste derives from the numerous plants which abound in the area, from the chestnut trees, the aromatic herbs and other flowers favoured by the bees.
