Terms and Conditions for reservations
To confirm your booking
When you confirm your reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30%
of the total cost of your intended stay.
You can pay the deposit by:
- International Postal Order,
or by insured mail, a non-transferable cheque in euro.
- Bank Transfer.
- Credit Card (please send by fax or e-mail all credit card details)
When we receive the deposit we will send you the Confirmation Voucher
Cancellation policy
- From 90 days to 60 days before date of arrival we will refund 50%, less expenses, of the deposti paid (usually 30% of the stay) .
- From 60 days to 20 days before date of arrival we regret the deposti cannot be refunded.
- From 20 days to 3 days before date of arrival we will debit your credit card account for 50% of the total cost of your reserved stay.
- For less than 72 hours notice or no-show, we reserve the right to debit your credit card accunt for the total cost of the reserved stay.
Any client who has had to pay the penalty N. 3 or N. 4 and who makes a further booking for an identical stay within a period of 12 months from the original booking, will be offered a refund of 10%-20% of the penalty paid, at the moment of payment of the stay.
